We operate by appointment only to ensure you do not encounter other customers.

Payment Methods

You can pay using the following methods:

・QR code payments

We do not normally accept cash payments.
Cash payment is only available if no change is required.
Receipts are issued electronically only.

Flow After Your Visit

1. Consent & Service Overview – 10 min

At your first visit, we will explain the various consent forms for your safety.
We will also provide an easy-to-understand introduction to our services using a video.

2. Cleansing – 10 min

For your first visit, we ask that you cleanse your face yourself.
We provide gentle, additive-free facial cleansers, including milk and oil-based options.

3. Skin Diagnosis & Consultation – 30 min

We use the medical-grade skin analysis device Neo Voir 1PLUS to assess your skin.
Based on the results, we will recommend the most suitable skincare plan for you.

  • Skin analysis only: ¥3,300
  • Consultation only: ¥2,200
  • Reservations via external sites: ¥3,300

Please note:
If a skin analysis is not performed, we will be unable to provide a full consultation regarding home care or skincare plans.
In such cases, the consultation will be limited to the treatments scheduled for the day.

4. Payment – 5 min

We will guide you through the payment process before your treatment.
If customers who booked via an external site choose to add a skin analysis, payment will be processed before the skin analysis photos are taken.

5. Treatment – 60 min

You can receive clinic-level treatments in a fully private and relaxing space.
The bed is reclining and designed to elevate your legs, allowing you to experience a comfortable rest.

Please note:
The treatment time may vary depending on the menu selected.

6. Preparation for Departure – ~30 min

After your treatment, you will be guided to a private room where you can calmly prepare to leave.
You may apply your makeup and leave immediately after the treatment.
Please bring your own makeup and sunscreen.

To help you relax, we also provide an after-treatment drink.
Please enjoy a moment of calm and comfort following your treatment.

Aftercare Services

We offer three complimentary services.
Available only for customers who book through official channels.
Not available for reservations made via external sites (these services can be provided for free on your next visit).

We will send your skin analysis results via our official LINE account.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

2.Custom Skincare Plan – Free of Charge

We will create a personalized skincare plan just for you.
It will include detailed guidance on home care methods and recommended skincare plans, which you can use to support your future skincare routine.

3.24/7 Aftercare Support via LINE

We accept skincare consultations via LINE 24 hours a day.
Replies will be provided during business hours (10:00 AM – 8:00 PM).
Free consultation period: Up to one month from your last visit.
